Double-eyed Fig-parrot (Original)

The double-eyed fig parrot (Cyclopsitta diophthalma) is a small, colourful parrot native to the rainforests of New Guinea and northeastern Australia. It is the smallest parrot in Australia, measuring only 14 cm (5.5 inches) in length. They are primarily frugivores, eating a variety of fruits, including figs, berries, and seeds.

This original painting was created with professional acrylic paint on cotton rag watercolour board.

It is hand-signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
